About the workshop

At CamperPlus we are pleased to be able to offer you servicing and repairs at our workshop conveniently co-located with our sales yard at Western Junction. New customers are always welcome in addition to those we support you beyond the sale

Our team of technicians can carry out servicing and repairs on all makes and models ensuring your van remains in top condition

It is recommended by most manufacturers you obtain a service on your new van during your first 12 months or 2,000 km to check for any problems that may have arisen before they could impact on the enjoyment of your new van

Servicing should then be undertaken at least once a year, more if you are traveling a large distance. Vans that have been idle for extended periods should also receive attention to ensure everything is still safe and functional.

Pre-Purchase and Pre-holiday Inspections

We are happy to undertake a pre-purchase inspection of any van, Caravans are often a significant investment and we have the knowledge to inspect and report on any faults. If you proceed with your purchase, we can quote on rectifying any issues found. This same service can be used to ensure your van is safe and roadworthy before you set off on your holiday

General Servicing

Keep your van in A1 condition with an annual service, this service covers many key points including - checking, repacking, or replacing wheel bearings, checking your braking system and tyres, a visual inspection of the chassis, testing your 12v electrical system and checking your plumbing and water tanks

12 Volt servicing

Having problems with your 12-volt system but happy with everything else in your van? Our technicians will work with you to ascertain what is causing your concern and then rectify the problem

Insurance Repairs

Accidents are stressful for everyone, we’re happy to work with you and your Insurer to get your van repaired and back on the road.

  1. Obtain your claim number
  2. Provide us with the claim number, the name of your insurer and contact email
  3. Drop your van to us so we can forward a quote, if it can’t be driven, we can often come to you
  4. Once authorised we will provide you an estimated time frame for repair
  5. Pay your excess and collect your van

General Maintenance and alterations

We have a well-stocked spare parts department and are happy to fit any item to your van. If you already have a part you’d like us to install we’d be happy to assist, provided it’s compliant with Australian Standards
