CamperPlus – Returns and Change of mind Policy
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
You must provide us with your proof of purchase. Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase
Online purchasers should contact us via admin@camperplus.com.au to organise assessment and return, postage fees may apply
Change of mind policy
If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind about the purchase, we will offer you an exchange, voucher or provide a refund provided that:
- You return the item within 30 days of purchase date
- You produce your original receipt, online Tax Invoice or other adequate proof of purchase

The item is in a re-saleable condition, meaning:
- It is in its original undamaged packaging; and
- It includes any instructions and all accessories; and
- It is unused, unassembled and in original condition
Goods on which a change of mind return is NOT available
- Caravans, Motorhomes, Campervans, Camper Trailers, Trailers, and Roof Top Tents
- Batteries, Wheels, and Tyres
- Clearance Items
- Custom made products or items altered at your request
- Special Customer Orders – items we do not have in stock and we ordered for you
- Portable Toilets, Toilet parts and components
- Bedding and accessories (for example sleeping bags, air mattresses, etc)
- Tents (where the packaging has been opened or damaged)
- Vouchers and Gift Cards
- Perishable goods
The following goods require assessment before we can offer a change of mind return
- Fridges / Freezers and Washing Machines
- Solar Panels and components and all Electronics / Electrical goods
On-line purchases can be returned to our physical stores, we do not refund the postage costs for change of mind returns
If you do not have proof of payment change of mind returns are at our discretion, if we agree we will only offer replacement for like goods or a refund voucher
